  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price only. Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original order, which in this case is cash on delivery; you will be reimbursed via an agreed method coordinated with our team.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order for the replacement item after returning the original.
